I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. I booked a room but just 10 minutes after booking, I had an unexpected emergency—I accidentally put the wrong fuel in my car and had to stay in Munich instead of traveling to Mainz as planned. I contacted the hotel immediately, asking to cancel the reservation, but they ignored my request and still charged me, even though I clearly explained the situation and could not use the booking at all. It’s very frustrating and shows a complete lack of flexibility or understanding. I will not be booking here again
